Tidak Konsisten Cuti Kampanye 4 Bulan, Kata Ahok

Kabarnya lagi bahwa Gubernur DKI Jakarta Ahok menolak bila dianggap tidak konsisten hubunganya dengan cuti kampanye. Dia menilia bahwa kondisi masa kampanye pada Pilkada 2017 tidak bisa disamakan dengan pada penyelenggaraan Pilkada 2012. Menurut Ahok, bahwa masa cuti kampanye pada Pilkada 2012 tidak berlangsung lama seperti halnya pada penyelenggarakan Pilkada serentak 2017 nanti. Dia mengaku bahwa lamanya masa kampanye pada Pilkada 2017 nanti, muncul inisiatif mengajukan uji materi Pasal 30 ayat 3 Undang-Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 2016 tentang Pemilihan Gubernur, Bupati, dan Wali Kota (UU Pilkada). Menurut Ahok lagi bahwa masa cuti kampanye yang tidak masuk akal karena selama 4 bulan cuti hanya untuk kampanye, berbeda dengan cuti kampanye terdahulu hanya 2 minggu saja.  Lamanya cuti kampanye hingga 4 bulan ini berindikasi dan berpotensi akan menyalahgunakan kekuasannya. 

It is reported that Jakarta Capital City Governor Ahok refused to be considered inconsistent in relation to campaign leave. He assumes that the conditions of the campaign period in Pilkada 2017 can not be equated with the implementation of elections in 2012. According to Ahok, that the period of campaign leave in the 2012 elections did not last long as well as in organizing elections in conjunction 2017 later. He acknowledged that the length of the campaign period in Pilkada 2017, the initiative to propose a judicial review of Article 30 paragraph 3 of Law Number 10 The year 2016 on the Election of Governors, Regents, and Mayors (UU Election). According to Ahok again that the campaign period is unreasonable because for 4 months leave only for the campaign, in contrast to the previous campaign leave only 2 weeks. The duration of the campaign's leave of up to 4 months is indicative and potentially will misuse its power.
